Omo is an accomplished technology and digital transformation leader with over a decade of experience driving strategic IT initiatives across Africa and the U.S. Prior to joining, he served as Group Head of Digital Transformation and IT Projects at Access Bank, where he led strategic initiatives across 12+ countries, overseeing digital payments, core banking integration, mergers and acquisitions integration, and digital transformation.
He holds an MBA from Johnson and Wales University, a BSc in Computer Science from Ambrose Alli University, Nigeria, and has completed executive programmes at Wharton, Stanford, London Business School, and Institute for Management Development. He is also a certified PMP, PSM, PSPO, CSM, and CSPO, among others.
